toluna

Toluna Opinions is a good site for those wanting to take paid surveys to PayPal .  Depending on the surveys you get offered, there are actually some pretty high paying surveys that pay through PayPal on this site.

Most of their PayPal cash surveys take between 15 to 20 minutes to complete and you can expect to earn on average between 3000 to 6000 points, but Toluna claims that they do offer up to 50,000 points per survey.

As well as the paid surveys through PayPal , you can also earn points by doing things like playing games, inviting friends to sign up and participating in polls.  You’ll even get 500 points just for signing up!

If you’re solely after the paid surveys with PayPal payout, you will need to have 61,000 points in the kitty before you can cash out, but this will get you a $20 payment.  You can also use your points to redeem gift vouchers too – which seems to offer better value for your points as opposed to the online surveys for PayPal cash for some reason.

Toluna is certainly not a way to earn PayPal money instantly, as payouts are a bit slow.  Toluna says you can expect to have to wait around 4 weeks to receive your rewards, however, I’ve never waited more than 1 week.

Overall, Toluna is certainly one of the better sites that offer some of the best surveys that pay with PayPal and are well worth checking out.

Best parts:

  • Big brand with a solid reputation, working with top companies
  • Excellent, user friendly interface and survey app
  • Monthly sweepstakes and a variety of interesting rewards

Not so great:

  • Wait times – these can be longer for some rewards and cash payments
  • Higher accumulation of points needed for a cash reward

Swagbucks

Swagbucks is one of the popular sites for people wanting to do surveys paid by PayPal.  While this is a US site, it can also be used for people wanting to take surveys for PayPal money in other parts of the world too.

Swagbucks don’t appear to be the best, in terms of high paying surveys that pay through PayPal. However, you can earn points in a variety of ways. As well as doing surveys, you can earn points by watching videos, searching the net, doing your usual shopping online and downloading Apps.

With these legit online surveys that pay through PayPal, you can expect to earn anywhere between 40 to 200 points (or Swagbucks) per survey, with the average being more like 60-80 points.  It really depends on how long the survey will take to complete.

As well as being able to redeem your points for PayPal cashouts, you can also earn gift cards too.  You’ll need to have reached 2500 SB’s before you can redeem a $25 PayPal cash out.

While you won’t get the opportunity to do paid surveys that pay through PayPal instantly with Swagbucks, if you’re in it for the long haul, this is another good one to sign up to.

Best parts:

  • Loads of different ways to earn points from this site in addition to surveys
  • Earn points passively just by watching videos, browsing the web and shopping online
  • Smooth survey app with instant notifications

While you earn points with LifePoints by taking surveys, you can also earn points just for signing up.  From time to time, you might even get the opportunity to review products too; all you need to do is keep a journal detailing your experiences.  This certainly keeps it interesting rather than just having to complete surveys for PayPal money all the time.

With LifePoints, 110 points generally equal $1, but there does appear to be different values placed on different rewards.  The good news though is these guys have a low cash out threshold. You can redeem rewards with as little as $5 in the kitty.  However if you want to get paid for surveys through PayPal, you’ll need to have points equivalent to $15 first.

As well as PayPal cashouts, you can also redeem gift cards too.  From the time you select a reward, it usually takes around 10 business days.

LifePoints are one of the higher paying sites if you’re wanting to take surveys and get paid by PayPal, making them well worth signing up for. In my opinion, it’s one of the best PayPal survey sites for simplicity and ease of use.

Best parts:

  • Offers several ways to get points like videos and diary surveys
  • You only need 550 points to redeem a reward
  • One of the few sites open to teens over 14 years old

Most surveys pay points equal to around $0.50 to $3. You’ll need to have 100 points before you can cash out, which is just $10, so a reasonably low cash out threshold.

One of the best parts about PayPal survey sites like Opinion Outpost, is you tend to receive your payment pretty much straight away.  Payments are usually made within 15 minutes but up to 48 hours at most. pinecone research

PineCone Research is another good one for people wanting to do surveys that pay to PayPal, with pretty much no minimum cash out and with payment almost immediately.

To earn points with PineCone Research, you take paid PayPal surveys which will take between 15-20 minutes to complete.  From time to time, you may also be asked to test products in your own home and receive points for recording your experiences.

With PineCone Research, 100 points are equal to $1, with most online surveys for PayPal money paying anywhere between 100 – 500 points depending on length and difficulty. Your points will hit your account around 3-5 business days after completing the survey.

SurveyClub

POINTS: Dollar based system

PAY: Average pay is around $1 per survey

REWARDS: PayPal and gift cards

Sign up to SurveyClub here

surveyclub

Unlike other survey sites listed in this guide, SurveyClub is essentially a survey aggregator site.  This means that you’ll generally be directed to a different site to complete the survey.

Given you are often directed to another survey site, your earning potential is somewhat limited with SurveyClub. However, it does force you to sign up to other survey sites therefore actually increasing the opportunities you will receive.

The good thing about SurveyClub is you’ll be notified upfront exactly how much you will get paid for completing the survey.  Plus as well as surveys you may have the opportunity to participate in focus groups where you’ll get to voice your opinions about products and services in a small group setting.  If you get the chance to do this, except to earn between $50 and $200 per hour.

If you complete surveys on other sites, those sites will pay you directly.  However for the surveys, you complete on the SurveyClub site, you’ll earn cash.  Once you have at least $25 in the kitty, you can cash this out for PayPal cash and also gift cards.

Unfortunately with Survey Club, you’ll have to wait around 3-4 weeks which is pretty poor compared to other sites.  So if you want surveys that pay instantly to PayPal, probably focus your efforts on one of the other survey sites in this article.

Best parts:

  • Middle man survey site that connects you to great survey offers
  • Get access to focus groups where you can earn bigger dollars
  • Decent support from this company

Not so great:

  • You can spend 3-4 weeks waiting for survey payments
  • Expect quite a few emails regarding survey offers

Opinion Bureau

POINTS: Dollar based system

PAY: Average pay is $2-$5 per survey

REWARDS: PayPal and gift cards

Sign up to Opinion Bureau here

opinionbureau

While not a site where you get paid instantly via PayPal surveys, Opinion Bureau nevertheless is a good site for those prepared to put in the effort.  Overall these guys offer pretty good paying survey opportunities and allow you to cash out into your PayPal account.

Every survey offer you receive from Opinion Bureau will give you a full breakdown of how long the survey will take and how much you’ll earn so you can decide whether it’s worth your time and effort.  Most of the surveys that pay via PayPal on Opinion Bureau have paid me around $2 – $5, but at times I’ve even received offers to complete surveys up to $10.

In addition to doing surveys, you can also earn money watching videos, participating in polls and referring friends. It’s definitely among my personal top 10 survey sites that pay through PayPal.

You need to have $10 in your account to cash out to your PayPal account, but if you’re lucky, you could potentially do this in one survey alone. Note there can be some delays in receiving rewards – up to 15 days to receive once they’ve been applied to your account before you’ll get your surveys paid through PayPal.

Best parts:

  • Sometimes offers high paid survey opportunities and get paid for polls
  • Has a variety of ways for you to redeem points (cash, gift vouchers)
  • Very easy to identify survey offers

Not so great:

  • Long delays to get paid (up to 15 days, although some users report longer)
  • Slow customer support

Survey Rewardz

POINTS: Dollar based system

PAY: Average pay is around $1-$2 per survey

REWARDS: PayPal, Check and Gift Cards

Sign up to Survey Rewardz here

survey rewardz

While not as popular as the other surveys that pay money through PayPal, Survey Rewardz is yet another site you may like to consider.  While I have received a few different offers, I find overall they don’t pay as much as other survey sites that use PayPal.

On average, you can expect surveys from Survey Rewardz to pay around $1 to $2.  Which isn’t a lot, but I also find they don’t take more than 15 minutes to complete.  On the odd occasion, I have earned more than this too.

One of the reasons people do like Survey Rewardz though is because there is only a $1 minimum threshold to redeem your cash.  This is pretty much as good as a no minimum payout PayPal surveys. Basically you can withdraw your cash after just one survey. Although do keep in mind that there is a cash out fee of $0.10 if you’re cashing out less than $10.

Once you do cash out, you can expect to receive your payment within one week.  This isn’t too bad considering the weeks you have to wait for some of the other surveys for PayPal credit sites.

If doing online surveys that pay cash through PayPal instantly (or close to it) is important to you, consider Survey Rewardz, otherwise there are better sites you can join.

Best parts:

  • Super low withdrawal threshold of $1
  • Payments processed in under one week
  • Great payments for referrals (up to $3 and ongoing percentage)

Not so great:

  • Lack of survey offers
  • Not the highest paid survey offers
  • 10% fee for Paypal payments

There isn’t too many top survey sites that pay through PayPal instantly –  but Survey Junkie is one of them.  With average earnings per survey and a minimum cashout of only $10, you can expect money in your PayPal account quickly with Survey Junkie.

You’ll need at least 1000 points before you can cash in your points, but this is the equivalent to $10, so it shouldn’t take you long to reach this amount.  Plus the good news is that redemption is pretty much instant! That’s right; this is one of the very few survey websites that pay through PayPal instantly!

Survey Junkie is certainly another one to add to your list if you’re looking for a paid survey via PayPal option.

MindsPay

POINTS: Dollar based system

mindspay

MindsPay is a lesser known survey site, which is one of the few survey sites that 100% only rewards their members via PayPal.

The MindsPay online surveys for money through PayPal, take as little as 5 minutes to complete, right up to around 15 minutes. As well as completing surveys, there are other ways you can earn points with MindsPay.  You can earn points just by reading emails, referring friends, even just for signing up.

Perhaps the biggest turn off with MindsPay is that you must have $50 before you can cash out.  And that’s not all! They only pay in multiple of $50s, so if you have $50.01 or even $99, you’ll only be able to cash out $50.

Payments are made on the 1st or 15th of each month, after a minimum period of 30 days from the time you submitted your payment request.  Whatever that means! So yeah payment with MindsPay can be a little bit on the complicated side.

While MindsPay is certainly another one of the legitimate surveys that pay through PayPal, with a huge minimum withdrawal of $50, they’re certainly not one I’d necessarily add to the top of your list.

POINTS: varies – points increase in value as they accumulate

PAY: Average is around 200 to 1000 points per survey

REWARDS: PayPal and gift cards

E-Poll Surveys

These guys offer surveys all about entertainment topics, so if you love your movies, sports and TV then E-Poll Surveys is for you. Just like all the other survey sites, E-Poll offers the opportunity to earn points which can be redeemed for cash and gift cards.

As well as completing surveys, there is a range of ways to earn points.  You can earn points by watching commercials, watching TV shows, keeping a record of your TV watching habits.  There are also monthly sweepstakes for cash prizes.

The point system with E-Poll is a little tricky to understand though. Basically the longer you let your points accumulate, the more valuable they become. So if you cash out early, you’ll get less than if you were to wait to cash out.

Also the value of points differs depending on whether you use them for PayPal or gift cards.  Generally the points for PayPal are as follows: 3750=$5, 7250 points = $10, 10,500 points = $20, 16,250 points = $25, 18,750 points = $30.

The major downside to E-Poll is it takes a whopping 6 weeks to receive your reward after you cash out.  That would have to be the longest processing time out of all the survey sites!

Is E-Poll worth it?  Well that depends. If you love watching TV and anything related to entertainment then the downsides might be such as an issue for you.

Best parts:

  • A fun to use site focusing on TV and entertainment
  • Monthly sweepstakes where you can win prizes
  • Points become more valuable the more you acquire

Not so great:

  • Takes a long 6 weeks to get your rewards
  • You need to really keep up to date with entertainment to be suitable for their surveys
